June 30, 2026 – Florida State Parks will offer free admission Friday through Sunday, according to a prepared statement on the organization’s Facebook page. Families are encouraged to spend time in the outdoors during the Independence Day holiday weekend. Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, Skyway Fishing Pier State Park and Weeki Wachee Springs State Park will be excluded from the free entry.
