Man critically injured in Miami shooting

MIAMI — A man was critically injured in a shooting Thursday night in Miami.

Police said officers responded around 9:30 p.m. to the area of 2131 NW Third Ave. after receiving reports of a person who had been shot.

Miami Fire Rescue transported the man to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition.

Police continue to investigate the shooting.
