A crane collapse at a construction site in Fort Lauderdale is being investigated, officials said.
The collapse happened around 6 p.m. Thursday at the site of the new YMCA building at 840 Federal Highway.
Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue officials said no one was injured, and the incident left one lane of Federal Highway blocked.
Fire rescue photos showed the crane truck stuck up in the air and the crane portion collapsed onto a building at the site.
