MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — Drivers traveling north on Florida’s Turnpike in Martin County may encounter delays Friday afternoon after a crash blocked a lane of traffic.
According to Florida 511, the crash occurred on the northbound lanes of Florida’s Turnpike before Mile Marker 119, near the Indiantown Road interchange and the Martin-Palm Beach County line.
The left lane was blocked as of the latest update from Florida 511. The incident was reported at 2:35 p.m. and was classified as a minor crash.
Officials have not released information regarding injuries or the number of vehicles involved. Traffic cameras show the delays the crash is causing.
