JSO patrol car involved in crash on Lem Turner and Edgewood, injuries reported

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A crash with injuries was reported on Lem Turner Road and Edgewood Avenue Tuesday morning, and a JSO patrol car is one of the vehicles involved in the crash, according to a JSO spokesperson.

The crash was reported shortly after 9:30 a.m. The JSO spokesperson said officers are responding to the scene, and they are working to gather more information about the crash.

A JFRD spokesperson said they were called back to the scene after the crash cleared, taking one person to a nearby hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
