Developed, designed, built, and furnished by Prestige Homes founder Dov Stark, the ultra-modern residence is asking $55 million, making it the highest-priced new home ever listed in Broward County.

“Fort Lauderdale’s luxury market has evolved tremendously over the last decade,” Stark said in a statement. “Today’s buyers expect a level of design, construction quality, technology, and amenities that rivals the world’s leading waterfront destinations.”
And certainly Ember House delivers on that vision. The roughly 15,000 square feet of interior living space includes all the expected elements of a contemporary luxury home—a soaring living room, a chef’s kitchen with extensive wine storage, and a private office for when work calls. But it’s all of the extras that set Ember House apart.

The primary suite occupies the entire third floor. An elevator opens to the sprawling retreat, where a breakfast area and coffee bar sit just outside the bedroom. Glass doors lead to a turf-covered terrace, while the marble-clad bathroom features a sculptural soaking tub overlooking the water. Dual dressing rooms complete the suite. Across the residence are six bedrooms in total, including four waterfront guest suites, each with its own terrace.
