Disney Springs is home to some pretty fantastic dining options, especially when it comes to desserts.
Fancy chocolate milk? Count us in!
You’ve got Everglazed that you can head to for donuts, and some incredible cookies over at Gideon’s Bakehouse and Summer House on The Lake, but we often see people forget about The Ganachery. If you love chocolate, this is absolutely the spot to head to, especially because we didn’t expect to love this unique dessert as much as we did, and now we’re thoroughly obsessed.
The Chocolate Pistachio Sipper is available at The Ganachery right now for $9. This is a rich, thick, creamy, decadent chocolate milk in a dark chocolate cup topped with housemade pistachio whipped cream and freeze dried raspberries.

Honestly, we thought this was a gimmick at first, fully prepared for it just to be chocolate milk with some special things around it. To our surprise, the pistachio whipped cream melded with the chocolate beautifully once stirred. The rich chocolate flavor, especially as the dark chocolate shell around the cup begins to break apart as you squeeze it, but the whipped cream balances it out so well.
Don’t be fooled by its simplicity!
Some small splinters of dark chocolate did break off of the inside of the cup, which was a nice surprise, as were the random little pops of raspberry that were super tart when sipped through the straw. Nine dollars does seem a little much for a cup of good really good chocolate milk, but if you’re not an ice cream fan, yet still want something cold and delicious on a summer day, this is a fantastic option. This treat is only available now through August 10th, though, so you’ll want to act fast!
