Former South Tampa home of Lightning defenceman Braydon Coburn is now for sale

The former South Tampa home of Stanley Cup champ Braydon Coburn is now on the market in Hyde Park’s “golden triangle.”

Located at 826 S Edison Ave., the was purchased by Coburn and his partner Nadine for $2,125,000 in May of 2016—just a few months after he signed a three-year, $11.1 million contract extension with the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Built in 2007, the 5,213-square-foot home sits about a block from Bayshore Boulevard and comes with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a fitness space, an office, a pool, a private accessory dwelling unit (ADU) and more, says the listing.

After getting selected in the first round, eighth overall, by the Atlanta Thrashers in the 2003 NHL draft, “Coby” was later traded to the Flyers, and eventually to Tampa in 2015, where he would help hoist the 2019–20 Stanley Cup, until he was traded to the Ottawa Senators in 2020.

Coburn retired in 2021 after appearing in just three games for the New York Islanders and now co-hosts the Lightning’s Block Party podcast alongside Greg Wolf.

According to property records, the Coburns sold the home in 2025 for $4,050,000. The house is currently asking $4,150,000, and the listing agent is Kristen Arseneau of Smith & Associates.
