FORT PIERCE, Fla. (CBS12) — A multi-vehicle crash involving a semi-truck blocked three lanes of I-95 south Tuesday near Fort Pierce.

According to FL511, the crash happened around 11:36 a.m. near Mile Marker 135.

Traffic cameras showed the semi-truck with heavy front-end damage after it came to a stop on the grassy shoulder.

Troopers and firefighters responded to clear the scene, with only one lane remaining open during the investigation.

The cause of the crash and the condition of those involved have not been released.
