Empire Point
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating a death at a condominium complex on Atlantic Boulevard in the Empire Point neighborhood.
The Colonial Point complex is about a mile west of University Boulevard South.
JSO told News4JAX that officers initially responded to a domestic disturbance at the complex.
Later, a notification of a death investigation was sent for the same location.
News4JAX has a crew headed to the scene, and this article will be updated after police provide more details at a 9 a.m. briefing at JSO headquarters downtown.
