SOUTH MISSISSIPPI (WLOX) — The WLOX First Alert Weather Team is monitoring a low pressure system that could develop into a depression or storm somewhere near Florida over the next seven days. But here’s what matters for you: early forecasts show this system staying well to the east of us.
That means Coastal Mississippi will remain on the drier, western side of any potential system. Instead of rain and wind impacts, we’re actually looking at the opposite problem this weekend into early next week.
