Miami was the No. 1 ranked institution in Ohio for producing leaders, according to the America’s Best Colleges for Future Leaders 2026 list by TIME. The magazine partnered with Statista, a leading international provider of market and consumer data and rankings, to produce the rankings.
The university was 19th among all national public schools and 45th overall. The list was based on the analysis of 4,800 of the most influential leaders in the United States from business, government, academia, and society.
In addition, Miami is known for producing Fortune 500 CEOs (ranked No. 15 by Academic Influence in 2024), is No. 2 among public universities for undergraduate teaching (U.S. News & World Report, 2026), is considered one of the top public schools for long-term career success for graduates by LinkedIn (2026), and is among the Best Value Colleges (Princeton Review, 2025).
Miami’s RedHawk50 identifies, recognizes, and celebrates the 50 fastest-growing Miami-owned or Miami-led businesses in the world.
