The judge said the plaintiffs did not have standing to challenge the part of the law that prevents people “domiciled” in China from buying property in Florida as they are not domiciled in China themselves.

Dems win big in Tuesday’s elections

Democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani won the mayoral election for New York City and will be the city’s first Muslim, of South Asian heritage or born in Africa. Democrats also won governor’s races in Virginia and New Jersey.
