TAMPA, Florida (KBTX) – SEC Media Days heads to the sunshine state for the first time at the Tampa Marriott Water Street and J.W. Marriott, Monday through Thursday.
Texas A&M will take the podium on Wednesday. Marcel Reed is the first quarterback to represent the Aggies at SEC Media Days since Kellen Mond in 2019. Safety Marcus Ratcliffe and linebacker Daymion Sanford will join Reed and head coach Mike Elko to preview the 2026 season.
Every head football coach in the SEC, along with select athletes, will address hundreds of media members over the next four days. While focusing on previewing their seasons, topics such as expanding the College Football Playoff and the Protect College Sports Act will likely be the focus of conversations this week.
