A Fort Pierce man was arrested after a nearly monthlong investigation that led to detectives finding multiple altered sexual depictions and images of child sexual abuse on his devices, according to the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office said its Internet Crimes Against Children detectives began the investigation June 29, when they conducted multiple interviews and seized the suspect’s electronic devices for forensic examination.
