New video footage from Lake County Sheriff’s Office shows a dangerous situation involving the vice president of an HOA in Lake County last month.
Gerald Tucker is accused of using his truck as a deadly weapon after deputies say he rammed a sales van carrying five people inside a Leesburg neighborhood.
The incident happened June 29 at the Plantation at Leesburg, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators said it began when a member of a door-to-door sales crew knocked on Gerald Tucker’s door.
