St. Petersburg entrepreneur and business leader Christopher Souza has been inducted into the 2026 Tampa Titan 100 Hall of Fame, recognizing his continued leadership and impact on the region’s business community.
The Hall of Fame distinction is reserved for executives who have demonstrated sustained excellence after multiple years as Titan 100 honorees, celebrating leaders who continue to innovate, grow their organizations, and positively influence their industries.
Souza serves as President of Souza Development, CEO of Oasis Amenities, and Founder of Alda Strategic. Through these companies, he has helped shape residential communities throughout Florida and across the country by focusing on placemaking, experiential amenities, and long-term community value.
Over the past decade, Souza has become known for championing a philosophy he calls “Experience Is the New Infrastructure,” encouraging developers to think beyond traditional amenities and instead create environments that foster connection, wellness, and a true sense of place.
“This recognition reflects the incredible teams I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside,” Souza said. “Every project is a collaboration, and I’m grateful to everyone who has helped shape this journey.”
The Titan 100 program recognizes Tampa Bay’s top CEOs and executives based on leadership, vision, passion, and influence across their industries. Hall of Fame inductees represent a select group of leaders whose sustained achievements continue to elevate the region’s business community.
