On this week’s Sustainable Living show, Jon is joined by expert guests Angela Collins and Eric Cassiano to discuss Florida’s natural aquatic environments and aquaculture.

Angela Collins is the Assistant Extension Scientist for Sea Grant and UF’s School of Fisheries at the Tropical Aquaculture Lab in Ruskin, Florida. Her “research and extension programs focus on Florida’s marine fisheries and bivalve shellfish aquaculture industries. Angela works primarily with recreational anglers, commercial seafood producers, and bivalve shellfish growers to encourage science that will benefit coastal economies and environments and promote best practices that will support local sustainable fisheries.

Eric Cassiano is also an Assistant Extension Scientist at the Florida Tropical Aquaculture Laboratory.
