Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina is inviting the community to tap into their creative side with its Makers Monday events, a weekly arts and crafts series held every Monday at 6 p.m. under The Helm.
The Makers Monday series will feature a rotation of hands-on creative workshops led by local artists. Sessions are designed for participants of all skill levels and will provide the opportunity to learn in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Whether you’re picking up a paintbrush for the first time, experimenting with jewelry making, learning collage techniques or exploring a new craft, you’ll leave with a finished piece and a memorable experience.
Participants can register for upcoming classes at SlipawayCape.com/MakersMonday. Advance registration and payment are required, and tickets are nonrefundable. Workshops will take place under the cover of Slipaway’s main bar pavilion, so classes will be held rain or shine.
