RICHLANDS, N.C. — A Jacksonville man is facing multiple felony drug charges after Richlands police say they found nearly 200 MDMA pills, marijuana and drug paraphernalia during an investigation Friday.
According to arrest warrants and online jail records, Antwan Otay Lewis, 39, of Jacksonville, was arrested by the Richlands Police Department on July 24.
Lewis is charged with:

According to arrest warrants, Lewis allegedly possessed and transported 187 MDMA pills, commonly known as Ecstasy.
Investigators also allege he was in possession of more than 1.5 ounces of marijuana, including six bags containing about three ounces of marijuana that officers say were intended for distribution.
Charging documents further state officers found drug paraphernalia, including plastic baggies used to store the MDMA and marijuana, as well as a green smoking device.
Lewis is also accused of having open bottles of Jim Beam liquor inside the vehicle and driving 47 mph in a 25 mph zone on East Franck Street.
Online jail records show Lewis was transported to the Onslow County Detention Center, where he is being held under a $50,000 secured bond.
