Jungle Island’s Aqua Rush expands lineup for summerNew outdoor water attraction gives families more ways to stay cool this summer.

With Miami’s summer heat at full force, Jungle Island has debuted Aqua Rush, a seasonal water attraction featuring four giant water slides where families can climb, race, splash and cool off all day long.

Aqua Rush features four slides with climbing areas, multiple lanes, and splash zones. The tallest slides reach approximately 23 feet high and feature steep drops, climbing walls, fast racing lanes, and oversized splash landings. Guests can race side by side down different slide lanes before splashing into the water below.

The launch comes just weeks after the opening of SpaceBounce, Jungle Island’s first indoor pop-up adventure. SpaceBounce features giant slides, obstacle courses and interactive play areas.

“This summer is all about giving families more ways to experience Jungle Island,” said Jeremy Hauwelaert, president and CEO of Jungle Island. “With Aqua Rush joining SpaceBounce, our animal encounters, Treetop Trekking and more, guests can easily turn a visit into a full day of fun and adventure.”

Together, Aqua Rush and SpaceBounce offer families the flexibility to enjoy both outdoor water play and indoor, air-conditioned adventures, making Jungle Island a go-to destination for summer fun.

Guests also can wander shaded nature trails, explore Treewalk Village’s interconnected playground, watch the Guardians of the Jungle animal show, tackle the Treetop Trekking aerial adventure park and encounter rare wildlife throughout the park. Those looking for an even closer experience can book one of Jungle Island’s signature animal encounters

Aqua Rush is included with general admission, with tickets starting at $24.95 for children and $34.95 for adults. Guests planning to enjoy Aqua Rush are encouraged to bring swimsuits, towels and a change of clothes. SpaceBounce is available as either a standalone ticket or included with Jungle Island admission.
