An 18-year-old has been reported missing out of Jacksonville Monday morning, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says.
JSO says that the 18-year-old was last seen leaving his home on Whispering Oaks Drive North near Fort Caroline Road on the cities Eastside.
