Since its 2025 launch, Howden has built more than 20 industry-specific broking teams across the country. It has also added private capital, employee health and benefits, and private client groups to its USÂ platform. The company now counts more than 1,300 employees and 3,000 clients in the United States. Its book spans middle market to large enterprise companies.
