Last month, Lionel Richie fell ill onstage during opening night of his “Sing A Song All Night Long” tour, which resulted in a few postponed dates. But the ex-Commodore looked and sounded as indestructible as the brick house he sang about almost 50 years ago last Wednesday night at Tampa’s Benchmark International Arena, following a funky-as-ever set from Earth, Wind & Fire.
