ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA)— A Purple Alert that was issued for a 21-year-old who was last seen at an assisted living facility has been canceled after he was found safe.
The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office issued the Purple Alert for Christopher Robertson-Selser Friday morning after he was last seen Thursday evening at Caring Angels Assisted Living Facility located at 6405 40th Avenue North.
Christopher does not have a vehicle and is believed to be on foot, deputies said.
Christopher is 6’2″ and 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue Tampa Bay Rays shirt, black pants, and black shoes.

The Florida Purple Alert is used to assist in the location of missing adults suffering from a mental or cognitive disability that is not Alzheimer’s disease or a dementia-related disorder; an intellectual disability or a developmental disability; a brain injury; other physical, mental or emotional disabilities that are not related to substance abuse; or a combination of any of these and whose disappearance poses a credible threat of immediate danger or seriously bodily harm.
