A large law enforcement presence was seen overnight in Southwest Miami-Dade for what appeared to be a crash involving a bike.
Video captured near Southwest 224th Street and 115th Avenue shows a damaged bike lying on the ground, as well as a car that suffered significant damage to its bumper and had its front window shattered.
