Fitness centers join in. BodyRok hands teachers a free first class plus one month unlimited for $99. F45 provides a complimentary three-class trial and knocks $100 off the first unlimited membership. Orange Theory tosses in one free class and membership deals.

The development launches giveaways on social media throughout the week. Teachers must follow the Instagram account to participate.
