As the owner of the new PostNet location in Hialeah, Florida, Rolando Sardinas is bringing his extensive shipping and logistics expertise to the community.
PostNet has expanded its South Florida presence with the opening of a new location in Hialeah, adding printing, shipping and business services to one of Miami-Dade County’s largest commercial corridors. The new center, located at 2750 W. 68th Street, Suite 105, is owned and operated by logistics veteran Rolando Sardinas, who brings nearly four decades of experience in the shipping industry to the franchise.
The Hialeah location will provide a range of services for businesses, entrepreneurs and residents, including domestic and international shipping, commercial printing, graphic design and other business support offerings. Sardinas said the center is designed to combine national capabilities with personalized local service, and a grand opening celebration is planned for later this summer.
The new franchise reflects a broader trend among experienced transportation and logistics professionals transitioning into business ownership as demand grows for integrated shipping and print solutions tailored to small and midsize businesses. For PostNet, the addition strengthens its network in a market where entrepreneurs, professional services firms and local retailers continue to rely on outsourced business support.
Sardinas joins the PostNet system after spending nearly 39 years with UPS, where he built extensive experience in shipping operations and logistics management. His decision to open a PostNet center allows him to extend that expertise into commercial printing and broader business services while continuing to serve customers in a different capacity.
“I’ve spent my career moving packages and keeping operations running efficiently,” Sardinas said. “Opening a PostNet center allows me to build on that experience while helping local businesses and residents with the printing, shipping and business services they need to succeed. I look forward to becoming a trusted resource for our neighbors and helping local businesses grow.”
Beyond his professional background, Sardinas has been active in community service throughout his career. While at UPS, he volunteered with nonprofit organizations supported by the company and participated in several business resource groups. As a PostNet franchise owner, he said he intends to continue supporting local organizations while building long-term relationships across the Hialeah community.
Bill McPherson, PostNet’s vice president of franchise development, said Sardinas’ operational experience and community-focused approach position the new center to become a valuable resource for businesses throughout the area.
“Rolando understands that success comes from building relationships and earning customer trust,” McPherson said. “He’s bringing decades of experience, a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to helping people, and those qualities will make PostNet Hialeah an important resource for local businesses and residents.”
The opening adds to PostNet’s international network of more than 700 locations across North America, Central America, South America and South Africa. Founded in 1993, the company provides printing, shipping and logistics services through independently owned franchise locations serving both businesses and consumers.
PostNet became part of the MBE Worldwide family in 2017 and, in 2024, the organization adopted the Fortidia brand identity. The broader Fortidia platform includes multiple shipping, fulfillment, logistics, marketing and print brands operating in 57 countries. According to the company, the network comprises more than 3,200 Business Solutions Centers supported by over 14,000 associates and served approximately 850,000 business customers worldwide in 2024, generating €1.45 billion (approximately US$1.65 billion) in system-wide gross revenue.
The Hialeah opening further expands PostNet’s franchise network while reinforcing its strategy of pairing experienced local operators with a broad portfolio of business services aimed at supporting small and midsize enterprises in regional markets.
