Fort Lauderdale police say two men who know each other were injured in a fight early Wednesday morning.

A fight between two men ended in both of them injured: one with a stab wound and the other with a bite wound, according to the Fort Lauderdale Police Department.
At around 4:15 a.m. Wednesday, police received calls in reference to a stabbing in the 500 block of Southeast Ninth Street.
Police found one man who had been stabbed and another who had been bitten. The men, who police say know each other, were taken to Broward Health Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
FLPD’s Violent Crimes Unit is investigating.
