After playing the Totally Tubular nostalgia tour as a solo act two years ago, Dolby, 67, revisited his band, The Lost Toy People which was active in the California club scene (listen to Aliens Ate My Buick in some headphones or on a giant speaker system). Now a six-piece, that band is on the road and headed to St. Pete, complete with horns and an allergy to click tracks and stems. The ensemble is part of a loaded, time-traveling lineup.
