The Jacksonville Symphony has appointed two new members to its board of directors, bringing new perspectives and strong leadership experience to the now 34-member board ahead of the symphony’s 77th season.
Victoria Rogers’ leadership experience includes serving for nearly a decade as vice president of arts for the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, a role from which she retired at the end of 2024, and, prior to that, helping to lead the New World Symphony as executive vice president.
Amy Ruth, meanwhile, is senior vice president, human services group and chief human resource officer at GuideWell and Florida Blue. Additionally, Ruth serves on the Enterprise Leadership Team and is the board chair for GuideWell Source.
“The continued growth of our Board reflects strong belief in the Symphony’s mission,” said Jacksonville Symphony President and CEO Steven B. Libman. “Our newest members are eager to contribute their expertise and help guide the organization into the 2026/27 season.”
