MIAMI — The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office has given the all-clear after investigating a suspicious item at Miami International Airport Thursday evening.

The TSA checkpoints for concourses E, F and G, along with surrounding areas, are reopening after being temporarily closed.

Travelers heading to MIA should continue to allow extra time as operations return to normal.
