Neighbors told Local 10 News they heard about four gunshots.

“I heard shots fired. Then I started to hear the girl crying and screaming. Then when I came outside, I saw the deceased person on the stretcher, blood was coming out his nose and head,” neighbor Alsia Shakir said. “I was just in the house watching a movie and then I just hear shots fired. I hurry up and run to the living room, and I’m like, ‘Oh my gosh!’”
