COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA (KOKH) — A 23-year-old Oklahoma resident has been found deceased in Cocoa Beach, Florida, on Sunday, Aug. 9.
According to the Cocoa Beach Police Department, officers responded to a report of a vehicle being visible in the water near the Banana River relief bridge.
Rescue divers located a deceased individual in the 2023 Grey Nissan Altima.
