TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The interim principal for Florida A&M University Developmental Research School (FAMU DRS) was announced Sunday.
In a social media post, the school announced that Marlon Williams-Clark has agreed to serve in the role at FAMU DRS.
“Dr. Williams-Clark brings a wealth of educational leadership experience, a strong commitment to academic excellence, and a passion for supporting students, teachers and families,” the school said. “His leadership, collaboration and dedication will be a tremendous asset to FAMU DRS.”

The announcement came just a day before students returned for the 2026-2027 school year Monday.
Furthermore, it also comes three months after FAMU DRS announced the passing of Dr. Pink Hightower, a longtime Leon County educator who served as the school’s secondary principal.
