Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office releases intense footage of one of their sergeants performing a PIT maneuver on a group of thugs who were suspected of robbing elderly people.
The footage was captured by COPS cameras.
“For the first time in 20 years, the COPS cameras were rolling in the River City, capturing our officers and detectives hard at work,” the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.
“Our Gang Investigations and Community Problem Response Units were tracking armed suspects who were robbing elderly people leaving banks. When we moved in, the suspects sped off onto the Arlington Expressway…”
“We arrested the driver and passenger at the scene and later caught up with another person who ran away. Two of the suspects have since pleaded guilty for their crimes.”
