Robson Souza
Dolphin Mall has hired Robson Souza as new general manager during a milestone year as the property celebrates its 25th anniversary.
Souza is an accomplished retail real estate professional with 14 years of shopping center management experience within the Simon portfolio, overseeing operations, finance, tenant relations, and community relations.
He began his Simon career at Sawgrass Mills in in Broward County and most recently he led Great Mall in California’s Silicon Valley market after serving as assistant general manager at Grapevine Mills in Dallas and general manager of Sugarloaf Mills in Atlanta, where he also served on the Sugarloaf Community Improvement District Board.
Souza completed Simon’s Advanced Management Program and earned regional recognition for his property team development.
Appointed general manager of Dolphin Mall in April, Robson sees the role as a full-circle moment as he and his family return to South Florida.
