We returned to The Leaky Cauldron at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley to try the next Hogwarts house linzer cookie. The Gryffindor cookie is available all the time while Slytherin, Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw cookies rotate each week. This week is the Hufflepuff cookie with lemon curd jam.
Hufflepuff Linzer Cookie – $6.99
Almond-flavored soft cookie with Lemon Curd jam
This is our favorite cookie so far. It was baked perfectly with a soft, almost cake-like quality and a noticeable warm spice, reminiscent of a gingersnap. It’s topped with a generous amount of smooth lemon curd. It’s distinctly tart but not overwhelming. The dusting of powdered sugar and edible Hufflepuff decoration on top make it Instagrammable.
