A man accused of exposing himself and trying to steal a wine cooler at a Target in Davie was arrested on Monday, authorities said.

Justin Blenman, 29, was charged with exposure of a sex organ, petit theft and resisting an officer.

According to Davie Police, officers arrived at the Target after receiving reports of a lewd and lascivious incident.

An arrest report said an officer met with a Loss Prevention Officer who said he saw Blenman walking into the store on surveillance video.

Blenman was seen walking into the beauty product aisle, and then exposed himself and faced and unsuspected shopper, the report said. He then started pleasuring himself while he was behind the shopper.

Soon after, Blenman took a wine cooler, placed it in his shopping basket and then was seen going to the laundry aisle, where he put the cooler in his pocket, the report said.

Officers, the report said, then went up to Blenman, and he turned around and started to run. He was then caught.

After he was taken into custody, Blenman admitted to exposing himself and taking the wine cooler because he “didn’t have any money,” the report said.

Blenman was then arrested.
