OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. (WALA) – The Okaloosa Board of County Commissioners posted on its Facebook page Friday, August 14th that the Cinco Bayou Boat Ramp area would be closed beginning Friday evening, August 14th, through Monday morning, August 17th at sunrise.

As part of the ongoing improvements to the Cinco Bayou Boat Ramp area, the entire boat ramp will be closed beginning Friday evening, Aug. 14, 2026, through Monday morning, Aug. 17 at sunrise.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Completion of the new parking lot area is expected in the coming weeks.

Liza Jackson Park Boat Ramp – 338 Miracle Strip Parkway Southwest, Fort Walton Beach, FL, 32548
Marler Park Boat Ramp – 1275 Santa Rosa Blvd, Okaloosa Island, FL 32548
Meigs Park Boat Ramp – 45 Meigs Dr, Shalimar, FL 32579
Walkedge Boat Ramp – 201 Walkedge Dr SE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548
Ricky Street Boat Ramp – Corner of Harris Road and Rickey Avenue, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547
Cinco Bayou Improvements include:

· 16-18 parking spaces for boat trailers
