Video at a Fort Lauderdale marina captured a tense moment unfolding as a boat revved its engine and another man pointed a gun at the apparent driver.
In the video posted on Only in Dade, someone was heard saying “You are done” and demanding that the driver of the boat turn his engine off.
According to Fort Lauderdale Police, officers on Sunday, at around 1:30 a.m., received reports of a drunk boater who crashed into other boats at the Bahia Mar dock.
During an investigation by police and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, FLPD handled the Boating While Intoxicated portion, while FWC handled the crash.
One person was arrested for BWI.
Their identity was not released.
Details of the person who appeared to point the gun were not released.
