Dark magic is returning to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando this fall, with the Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle returning to Hogsmeade and Death Eaters once again roaming Diagon Alley during Halloween Horror Nights.
Dark Arts at Hogwarts Castle will return to Hogsmeade at Islands of Adventure on select nights from September 5 through November 1, 2026, marking the nighttime show’s first appearance at the park since 2022.
The nighttime projection show transforms Hogwarts Castle, using projection mapping, lighting, special effects, and music from the Harry Potter films, focusing on the darker forces of the Wizarding World, including Dementors, Death Eaters, and Lord Voldemort.
Over at Universal Studios Florida, Death Eaters will return to Diagon Alley on select days and nights from August 27 through November 1. Lord Voldemort’s followers will roam the streets of Diagon Alley and Knockturn Alley, interacting with guests as they make their presence known throughout the Wizarding World.
Universal will also offer a selection of Dark Arts-inspired merchandise, including a Lord Voldemort 2nd Generation Interactive Wand.
