August 20, 2026 – Next month, the St. Petersburg City Council will hold two fiscal year 2027 budget public hearings at City Hall, at 175 5th Street N. The first is scheduled for Sept. 3 at 6 p.m. This is when the Council will adopt the tentative FY27 budget and millage rate. The second gathering will take place Sept. 17 at 6 p.m. According to a prepared statement, this is when the Council will consider “adopting the final FY27 Budget and millage rate” and approving the Capital Improvement Program.
