Crash with injuries blocks 2 left lanes on Florida’s Turnpike in Palm Beach Gardens

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (CBS12) — A crash involving a truck on Florida’s Turnpike North blocked two left lanes Wednesday.

According to Florida 511, the crash is at Exit 109 near PGA Boulevard. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, injuries were reported in the crash.
