ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – A crash with injuries blocked the roadway on southbound Interstate 95 in St. Johns County Wednesday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported around 5:08 a.m. near mile marker 322, south of Jacksonville and near St. Augustine. FHP said the roadway was blocked.
The Florida Department of Transportation’s latest update at 5:13 a.m. reported the right lane blocked on I-95 South before mile marker 321. The crash was classified as a major incident.
Drivers should use caution and expect delays while emergency crews work at the scene. Additional information about the number of vehicles involved and the extent of the injuries was not immediately available.
