Dutch Bros Coffee has filed plans with the city to open one of its signature drive-thru-only coffee shops, with no dining area, at 1050 58th Street N., in the Tyrone Gardens shopping center, St. Pete Rising said.
The coffee shop will be built from the ground up at a site where a 25,041-square-foot building was recently demolished, the report said. Two additional outparcels will be built at the site.
