FARGO, N.D. (KFYR) – North Dakota State football made a statement in its opening game at the FBS level with a (33-7) win over Jacksonville State at the FargoDome.
NDSU more than doubled the opponents’ offensive yardage in the win, despite receiving double digit penalties.
Bison quarterback Nathan Hayes threw for two touchdowns and one interception in his first career start, but it was enough for NDSU to get the non-conference win and move to 1-0 on the season.
