FORT MYERS, Fla. (WINK) — Allegiant Travel Company announced a new nonstop route connecting Fort Myers and Flint, Michigan, with one-way fares starting as low as $69.
The new route will launch Feb. 11, 2027, providing year-round service between Southwest Florida International Airport and Bishop International Airport. Allegiant is offering introductory fares to celebrate the expansion of its growing presence in popular leisure destinations.
“We’re pleased to expand service between Michigan and Florida with this new route, giving travelers even more convenient access to the destinations they want to visit most,” said Drew Wells, Allegiant’s chief commercial officer.
Wells said the nonstop, year-round flights provide customers with greater flexibility and value when planning their travel. Allegiant’s business model focuses on all-nonstop flights, making air travel more seamless and accessible for passengers.
“We are pleased that Allegiant has announced they will be starting new nonstop service between Flint, Michigan (FNT), a market currently not served, and Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) this winter,” said Steven Hennigan, executive director and CEO of the Lee County Port Authority.
Tickets for the newly announced route are now available at Allegiant.com. The introductory fare offer requires flights to be purchased by Wednesday for travel by Feb. 25, 2027, with seat and date availability limited.
