Magic fans living in Tampa wondering how to watch their nearby NBA team on television received an answer Tuesday.

The Magic and WMOR-TV, a Hearst Television-owned station, announced a partnership to telecast games for Tampa viewers during the 2026-27 season, the team announced.

All regular season games, excluding national exclusives, will be broadcast over-the-air on WMOR-TV Channel 32, the team said.

“We are excited to partner with WMOR-TV and Hearst to bring Magic basketball to our Tampa fans,” Orlando Magic president of business operations Charlie Freeman said in a statement. “WMOR-TV will provide Magic fans a direct connection to the team all season long.”

The announcement represents an expansion of the partnership between the team and the station, which aired 10 Magic games under an agreement during the 2025-26 season.

“We’re thrilled to grow our relationship with the Magic and to expand accessibility to Magic basketball across Central Florida,” WMOR-TV president and general manager John Soapes said in a statement. “This partnership reflects a shared commitment to delivering high-quality local sports programming and creating new opportunities for fans to connect with their team.”

The expanded partnership in Tampa also follows last month’s announcement that the Magic agreed to a deal with Cox Media Group, which will broadcast games on WRDQ-TV 27 and WFTV-Channel 9 in Orlando for the upcoming season.

WMOR-TV serves Tampa-St. Petersburg, the country’s 11th largest television market. For fans living elsewhere in Florida, a complete station lineup and broadcast schedule will be announced at a later date, the team said.

The Magic will also announce a direct-to-consumer streaming partner in the near future, according to the team.
