Man accused of using propane tank to break into Stuart smoke shop arrested a year later

{p}A man accused of using a propane tank to break into a smoke shop a little over a year ago has been arrested. According to the Stuart Police Department, officers responded to a local smoke shop on Aug. 10, 2025, after a man tried to break into the business. Police say surveillance video showed a man repeatedly trying to force his way inside, first using a propane tank to smash the front window and later attempting to break and pry through the broken glass.
